Why Estateflow exists
Self-managing landlords juggle spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and calendar reminders to keep on top of rent, gas safety, EICR and EPC dates and repairs. Estateflow puts all of it in one place, at one flat price for the whole portfolio, with an assistant you can simply ask.
How we look after your data
Your data is kept completely separate from every other account, travels over encrypted HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed (never in plain text) and card payments are handled by Stripe - we never see your card number.
You can download a full backup at any time. Under UK GDPR you can ask us to export or delete your data.
